phone companies are greedy and bored

We have just learned from Engadget that AT&T are suing Verizon over its “There’s a map for that” ads, which they claim is false advertising. AT&T is asking for the ads to be stopped as they feel that the ads can mislead their users to think that they do not offer any wireless service in the U.S.
AT&T state that their network covers the same amount of people that Verizon does, so they are confused why Verizon would make such claims. Engadget have been updating the news as it comes in, they have now learned that the lawsuit is very narrow.
Engadget know that Verizon are trying to convince viewers into thinking that AT&T customers are unable to use the service outside of the 3G coverage areas on the map that they have created. The map was split into red and blue, the former represents Verizon while the latter represents AT&T.
The maps are misleading as Verizon’s entire network is 3G, which is why it shows so many service gaps when it comes to AT&T’s map. They fail to say that the service gaps on AT&T may well be covered by its 2G network.

Apperently at&t has nothign better to do than to sue another company fro promoting them selfs. well we all know that verizon isn't the best service out there and everyone is going to at&t because they want the Iphone or another network for better service.
Well guess what that will be no more follow this link and see what great news verizon has to share with us!
